Terms of service
The service
Ravistay provides websites, a booking engine, calendar synchronisation and payment connections to accommodation providers ("you"). Guests contract directly with you; Ravistay is not a party to the stay.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your property information, prices and policies, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Payments
Guest payments are processed by the payment providers you connect (Stripe, PayPal) into your own accounts. Ravistay does not hold guest funds.
Fees
Paid plans are charged as a percentage of confirmed bookings made through your booking engine, as shown on the pricing page at the time of confirmation.
Channel synchronisation
Calendar synchronisation depends on the third-party channels' calendar feeds and their refresh intervals. You remain responsible for checking your availability on each channel.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the law.
