Frequently asked questions
What does the OTA sync carry?
Availability, both ways. Reservations and blocked dates from each channel close the room everywhere else, and bookings on your website close the room on every channel. Prices on each OTA are managed in that OTA's own extranet.
How often does it sync?
Ravistay reads every connected calendar every 15 minutes and whenever you press Sync now. Each OTA decides how often it reads ours.
Is there a limit on channels?
Starter includes two connections. Professional and Premium are unlimited.
Do guest payments go through Ravistay?
No. Stripe and PayPal pay directly into the accounts you connect.
