What we collect
Account holders: name, email, phone and property details. Guests: the details they enter when booking, which are processed on behalf of the property they book.
Why
To provide the service: show availability, record bookings, send confirmations and let properties manage their reservations.
Payments
Card and PayPal details are entered on Stripe's and PayPal's own pages and never reach our servers.
Sharing
We share data only with the property concerned and the providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment providers chosen by the property).

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hello@ravistay.com.
